The boys, Wes and I have enjoyed our three week long break from school. We loved staying up late, sleeping in late, snuggling way past breakfast and just plain ole doing nothing! We praise God for the rest that He brings to our soul. A good holiday is an extra day spent resting in His love. It feels so good to crawl up into God's easy chair and just talk about life. Why do we so quickly and easily forget that He sits waiting for us to rest in Him and relax with Him? As the winter days bring hours of pondering, dreaming and hoping... May we all find ourselves drifting into the wonderland of His love -- being drawn to the warmth and care that only He can bring to weary seasons.
